Super Eagles centre-back, William Troost-Ekong is in high spirits following the resumption of the Italian Serie A season.
Troost-Ekong has been a super regular at Udinese for the second season running making a total of 23 appearances before the Corona virus induced suspension.
The 26-year old defender who starred in his side’s 2-0 friendly win over Brescia in Midwwek took to his official Twitter page to coice his readiness in returning to Serie A action.
“Last friendly match. Ready for next week! #Forpage zaUdinese #SerieA,’ Tweeted the defender with a picture of the game.
Udinese will be going on the road trip to Torino next week in what will be their first game of the Serie A restart.
Hosts Torino sit 14th on the log with 28 points from 26 league outings so far this season.
