Super eagles winger Moses Simon says he is having the best time of his career following a remarkable season with modest French Ligue 1 outfit Nantes.
The former Gent star has enjoyed a productive time with the cannaries this season after a better forgotten stint at Levante where he found the back of the net once in 19 games last season.
The GBS academy graduate was recently voted his side’s player of the season and also picked the prize for the goal of the season.
“At Levante, I did not play very well due to some circumstances with the coach,” he told ESPN.
In Spain, the coach only spoke Spanish and I needed a translator.
It was easier to play in France because I understand the language more and the communication is very good with the coach.
I am enjoying my football now. The most important thing is to play. Not to sit on the bench. To have the freedom to play, have the freedom to speak. and to do what you know how to do best” he said.
