Reports in France suggests that Serie A giants Napoli are close to a five year €100m double swoop for the Lille pair of striker Victor Osimen and defender Gabriel.
Although Gabriel is valued at around €30m and Lille will be prepared to sell him at the right price, the Naples club will need a lot of convincing for Lille to let go of Osimhen who is valued at €70m.
Speculations though continue to maintain that the forward will join the Coppa Italia winners, having agreed personal terms a month ago.
Media reports indicate that the super eagles star and his team are expected in Naples later today for talks with Partenopei officials.
As for Gabriel, Tutto Napoli writes he will be the ‘heir’ to Kalidou Koulibaly, who has been linked with Premier League moves.
The 22-year-old had also attracted interest from Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton, as well as North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal.
